Product Introduction

Our rubber tracks are designed for mini excavators, compact track loaders and other tracked construction equipment. They are manufactured using carefully formulated rubber compounds combined with high-strength continuous steel cords and reinforced internal structures, providing a balance of flexibility, tensile strength and durability.

The manufacturing process includes rubber compounding, steel cord assembly, precision forming and controlled vulcanization. During vulcanization, the rubber is cured under controlled temperature and pressure to form the required tread pattern and achieve stable bonding between the rubber and internal reinforcement components.
